I have your solution! Oven Bacon. It’s so easy you’ll be kicking yourself if you weren’t already doing this for larger gatherings. Five easy steps!
Step 1: Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire cooling rack on top, spray with cooking spray.
Step 2: Lay out bacon slices side by side.
Step 3: Place tray with bacon in a COLD oven.
Step 4: Turn oven to 425° and set timer for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Flip bacon and cook for 5 minutes more.
It’s that easy! If you want crispier bacon, bake longer but be sure to check it each minute so it doesn’t burn.
